W. Ray Cannon

• Graduated from Knoxville Central High School;
• Served in U.S. Navy in WWII;
• Boy Scout's Master, Knoxville, Tn.;
• Received football scholarship to the University of Tennessee in 1939;
• Father of Billie Ray, Thomas Harvey, Robert Kyle, and Linda Lou Cannon;
• Retired from Rohm and Haas Company in Knoxville, Tennessee after 26 years of service in 1976;
• Died in Knoxville, Tennessee in 1990.
